The National Council of Jewish Women of Australia Ltd (NCJWA) is a non-profit, volunteers based organisation founded in 1923 by Dr Fanny Reading MBE.

Women's issues are prominent in NCJWA's platform.  NCJWA serves the interests and welfare of women, in Australia, nationally and internationally, with a strong focus on social justice and provision of service to the community.  Within a broad agenda, NCJWA addresses the empowerment and education of women as leaders and community members.  We promote the advancement of women as individuals as well as activities on behalf of disadvantaged and disenfranchised women. 

NCJWA is also involved in philanthropic support for worthy causes within the general and Jewish communities in Australia and Israel.

Mum for Mum is a program initiated and run in Sydney by NCJWA New South Wales Division Ltd. The President of NCJWA NSW is Dalia Ayalon Sinclair.
